Listen, the owner Pamela was very knowledgeable, empathetic of my situation, and got results! Our HOA was denied by the carrier, we had our time wasted by other roofers, she proved damages after insurance said our damage was below our deductible and she got us a new roof, windows, gutters, and all of our interior leaks covered!! SHE IS THE GOAT!!
We had a leak in our guest restroom and Azul Roofing did a thorough inspection of our roof and attic. A pipe jack had broken off and caused the leak. The owner came out herself to access the damage and kept us updated by sending us pictures. After fixing the pipe jack we no longer have any issues with the leak in the ceiling and they did a great job fixing it. A very professional company with excellent customer service who I will call for any future issues. Thank you Azul Roofing!
